9th Circ. Revives Guatemalan Man’s Case Over Gang Fears

Law360, New York (December 1, 2015, 10:34 PM ET) — The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday vacated a denial of an asylum and withholding of removal request from a Guatemalan man who said he was afraid of persecution based on his family’s opposition to a gang, saying an immigration board had failed to consider the key family component of his social group claim.
