BIA Applied Wrong Standard In Immigration Case: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 25, 2016, 12:23 PM ET) — The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday revived a Mexican man’s challenge to the Board of Immigration Appeal’s dismissal of his immigration petition, saying the agency erred by ignoring one of the arguments raised by the petitioner.
