Law360, New York (October 5, 2016, 4:24 PM EDT) — A location qualifies as a worksite under the federal H-2B nonimmigrant visa program if workers perform at least one aspect of a job opportunity there, according to responses to a set of frequently asked questions published Tuesday by the U.S. Department of Labor.
