EB-5 Markup Put Off Amid Uncertainty Over Program’s Fate

Law360, New York (September 14, 2016, 2:45 PM EDT) — The markup of the EB-5 Regional Center Program reform bill introduced on Monday by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., which had been set for today, was abruptly canceled Tuesday night and will be postponed for a later date, according to a committee press release.
