Otras Características de una Visa E-2
La inversión requerida para una visa E-2 no solo debe ser sustancial, sino que también debe convertirse en una empresa de buena fe. La empresa debe producir servicios o bienes con fines de lucro, cumplir con los requisitos legales aplicables para la operación comercial y debe estar activa.
