Gov’t Asks High Court To Reject Removal Case Over Address

Law360, New York (December 10, 2015, 5:45 PM ET) — The government urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday not to hear an appeal from a Jamaican citizen who says he was ordered deported after his hearing notice was sent to the wrong address, arguing that his appearance notice had warned him of his responsibility to update his address in writing.
