High Court Will Take On Bush Officials’ Detention Appeal

Law360, Washington (October 11, 2016, 5:55 PM EDT) — The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to hear an appeal from former George W. Bush administration officials challenging a Second Circuit decision they say never should have revived claims over alleged civil rights violations from immigrants detained after 9/11.
