Labor Groups, Worker Can’t Challenge New Visa Wage Rules

Law360, New York (December 7, 2015, 8:12 PM ET) — A New Jersey federal judge on Friday dismissed a case against the federal government over new wage calculation policies for a visa program, holding that three labor organizations and a worker lacked standing to challenge the rules.
