Nigerian Ex-Con Gets 2nd Try To Argue Unlawful Detention

Law360, New York (August 31, 2016, 8:17 PM ET) — The Second Circuit on Wednesday gave a Nigerian national a second chance to argue that he was unlawfully detained by the U.S. Marshals Service after he completed a criminal sentence and before he was deported.
