Rule On ‘Unfair’ Immigration Job Practices Takes Biz Heat

Law360, New York (October 19, 2016, 4:35 PM EDT) — A proposed U.S. Department of Justice regulation on “unfair” employment practices linked to immigration has received blowback from agricultural, trade and even immigration groups, some of which took issue with a possible change to the definition of “discriminate” in recent comments.
