Investment Options

A minimum of USD 400,000 (in Turkish Lira equivalent) in a real estate property
Must be free of charges and encumbrances

Requirement of a valuation report which needs to be accepted by the Capital Market Board
Land Registry Certificate showing the complete ownership of the property or properties
Valid Sales & Purchase Contract from the developer
A minimum of USD 500,000 (or Turkish Lira equivalent) deposited in a Turkish bank for a minimum of 3 years

The United States has a treaty relationship with Turkey that gives investors the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. Through the Turkey Citizenship by Investment Program, you can gain Turkish citizenship quickly and easily as an investor. Once you have Turkish citizenship, then you can apply for an E-2 treaty investor visa to the U.S. Although the E-2 visa is temporary, you and your family can apply for extensions every two years an unlimited amount of times.
