Grenada is currently the only Caribbean nation with an E-2 treaty relationship with the United States. An E-2 visa allows investors and their families the opportunity to live and work in the U.S indefinitely. Through the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program, you can gain citizenship in Grenada quickly and easily as an investor.
Once you have citizenship in Grenada, then you can apply for an E-2 treaty investor visa to enable you to come to the U.S. Although the E-2 visa is temporary, you and your family can apply for extensions every two years an unlimited number of times.
American Dream™ Law Office works with investors who want to obtain an E-2 visa. To obtain Grenadian citizenship, we may need to refer you to one of our colleagues operating in Grenada.
