Usually before you can have an individual hearing your immigration attorney is supposed to submit everything by a call update that an immigration judge sets, so if your attorney scheduled that individual hearing and sent everything in. You can also have witnesses during an individual hearing that will help support your application in front of the immigration judge. And usually at the end of that individual hearing you’ll either get an oral decision or get a decision in the mail down the road telling you what you need to do if you’ve been granted or not. If you have any questions about removal proceedings or individual hearings please give me a call at (813) 499-1250. We’re open 24/7 and I’ll be more than happy to help you.
